What Causes Breakouts?

Breakouts are tricky, as there are many triggers. So lets cover a few common ones, but when in doubt seek a certified health professional. The 2 most common causes for breakouts are excess sebum oil and clogged pores. Dermatology research shows increasing hormone levels can negatively affect sebum production levels, thus causing breakouts. Alcohols + fragrance can irritate breakout-prone skin. Let's look at a few natural remedies to help.

Masking isn't just for selfies, the benefits are endless. With so many different options such as: clay, gel, peel-off, foam, etc. it can be difficult to choose from.
