Easy Fruit Water Infusions for Clear Skin

We already know drinking more water + staying hydrated results in better skin. But when you add fruits, herbs, or veggies the benefits are endless! We've compiled a list of water infused recipes to give your skin that effortless glow this summer. These natural drinks are better than processed infused waters that are packed with artificial flavors + sugars that can cause breakouts. Depending on your skin care goals, the ingredients matter. Let's look at 2 easy recipes great for every skin type! We recommend getting a glass reusable tumbler so you're never without your yummy drink! (Getting one with measurements on the side can help you measure your daily water intake).


Detox water is great to reset you skin from within when you're in the middle of a breakout or recently consumed a lot of fried or sugary foods. Eating large amounts of fat or sugar can clog pores + cause breakouts. This 2-ingredient detox water is super easy. Vitamin C found in lemons fight bacteria that can cause breakouts. Lemon also increases collagen production resulting in plump youthful skin. 2 Liters Water

1 Sliced Lemon

10-12 Mint Leaves

Adding hydrating ingredients to your water can help with moisture retention for dry skin. Strawberries are rich in ellagic acid, folate, and vitamin C, each of which works to neutralize cell damage caused by free radicals.
